Several Maîtres-Fromagers (Master-Cheesemongers) brought the magic of their skills. They will show you the age-old traditions of transforming milk into cheese using tools that have become a symbol for their tradition (copper moulds for Comté, the band of spruce of the Mont d'Or, Aligot...).
